My husband and I have stayed at several of the Kona Coffee Villa condos over the past couple of years and this one definitely has the best view. The unit itself is also very well kept and updated. I thoroughly recommend this unit for longer stays.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was so clean and very well laid out. The kitchen has everything you’d need. Our host Darrel was the best and he was so so helpful and gave many great recommendations of places to see and visit. I can’t recommend this condo enough!!

We felt like we were at home in this house. Space was perfect, beds very comfortable and received a quick response when I wanted and needed to extend my stay. We plan to stay here again!!

Wonderful place, and for us, a great location. Bed was very comfy. For a studio, it was spacious and well thought out. Hosts were always very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

we had a fantastic stay! a little bit of difficulty finding the exact right door to go in, but the host was very responsive and helped us immediately. Could not have asked for a better stay. private backyard was very nice for our brand new pup, who host was amazing about.

We stayed for 33 nights between moving from another state until we found and purchased a new home in the area. We had two large dogs and the grounds were great for their activities as it was very large and allowed them to roam. The inside was great - it was well stocked and had comfortable beds. The area the property is location gave good access to all that we wanted to do as it was close the central Redding and I-5. The owner was always responsive and easy to work with with questions that arose. All in all a good experience!

Comfortable beds and very clean. We are travel nurses and it fit perfectly for us. Only 5 minutes to Kona Community Hospital, and right next to Tishimas our favorite restaurant! The view from the lanai is breathtaking!!

I had a wonderful stay at Joan’s place. I was in Reno to visit friends and my dog and I rented Joan’s place to enjoy some quiet time and the pool since it had been so hot. Her stay was as described and in a very walkable area.

Our stay was flawless. Spacious, clean, very nice and cozy house with a beautiful yard, pool, and seats… we had great time and felt like home. Joan was very flexible and accommodating. Great experience, would do again!
